Sosa, a longtime resident of Chicago, received the prestigious 2007 VOX/Out Emerging Voices of Style + Design award. The award honors “openly gay & lesbian individuals whose works have come to signify style, vision, and design.” His work has been featured on the television show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and in countless exhibitions across the country. His work can be seen here. He graduated, after majoring in communications, from the College of Wooster in 1997 and began his art career five years later.
