Bluelatinos.org is a national online organization of progressive Latinos." Their mission is to organize "progressive Latinos online to harness our collective energy and resources to move voters, particularly Latino voters, toward progressive issues and action."
Bluelatinos.org also features a link to register to vote--or, more importantly in many cases, to re-register, if you have moved--and several pro-immigrant petitions. One current petition seeks to prevent the deportation of the mother of Saul Arellano, age 7. Like so many immigrant workers, Elvira Arellano, Saul's mom, is in danger of deportation despite years of hard work and taxpaying service to her employer and for her family in the Chicago area.
